Need to recover lost data after quick format?

When you think of formatting the hard drive it depends on the two methods such as regular format and the quick format. If we perform the quick format, the system deletes entries from the file allocation table and leaves the actual files intact, because the file addresses are no longer indexed in the file allocation table and they will be overwritten by new files. Quick format will not scan the disk for bad sectors. It is used when a hard disk has been previously formatted and it’s not damaged. All the data will be removed from the volume if we perform quick format. Since quick format remove the “entries” to data only, there is possibilities of quick format recovery unless the data area is overwritten by new data.
